Returns

Returns are finished pharmaceutical products which are sent back to PharmLog.
Returns are processed according to the criteria agreed between PharmLog and the user in question.

After a quality inspection or decision on the possible further use of the goods by a qualified person at PharmLog, returns are recorded in the IT system indicating the reason for the return.
