Storage

After the delivered goods have been recorded, the warehouse management system determines the appropriate storage location for the pharmaceutical products

• in the fully automatic high bay warehouse
• in the reserve store
• in one of the five chill stores.

A conveyor system takes the pharmaceutical products to the high bay warehouse. Rail-mounted stacker cranes carry out storage and retrieval. In the other storage areas this is performed by reach trucks guided by radio frequency.
